Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly offline ad sales revenue goals for Aadhans Telugu YouTube channel and news app. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of junior sales executives and ensure they meet their individual targets. Market Expansion: Drive growth by tapping into untapped markets, celebrity partnerships, and local businesses. Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and media buyers to increase retention and repeat business. Pitching & Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations and media plans using PPTs, Excel, and other reporting tools. Strategic Planning: Design and execute sales strategies in coordination with the content and marketing teams. Campaign Execution: Work with the production team to ensure ad campaigns are delivered smoothly and meet client expectations. Market Analysis: Track competitor activity, industry trends, and client feedback to adjust strategies proactively. Reporting: Maintain accurate sales reports, revenue forecasts, and regular performance updates for management. Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Telugu and English (spoken and written) to handle clients across regions. Mandatory Experience: 3 to 7 years in ad/media/digital sales; candidates from Telugu media background are preferred.
