Sr. Consultant MES/ERP (SQL Support)

Unleash your potential with a leading player in the Manufacturing Software Product industry as an Expert MES Application / Manufacturing ERP Consultant, working at the intersection of Manufacturing Operations and ERP systems. We are looking for a Senior-Level Consultant (810 years experience) who brings deep manufacturing domain expertise and strong SQL/PLSQL development skills to design, build, and configure DELMIAWorks ERP systems. You will play a pivotal role in improving customer manufacturing processes using industry-standard best practices. This is a full-time, permanent position offering exciting challenges and opportunities to collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and integrators in deploying best-in-class MES solutions. Your base location can be flexible but may require occasional travel to customer sites. Role Description & Responsibilities Provide functional consultancy on MES / Manufacturing ERP implementations Conduct requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment Perform AS-IS analysis and define TO-BE processes in manufacturing environments Collaborate with plant users, SMEs, and other stakeholders to identify bottlenecks Deliver expert-level SQL and PLSQL scripts to bridge functional gaps Design and develop custom reports using SAP Crystal Reports Assist in debugging and troubleshooting system issues or custom development flaws Work closely with solution architects to design scalable MES solutions Document processes and ensure effective knowledge transfer to client teams Align development efforts with Agile methodologies Stay updated with the latest MES trends and manufacturing best practices Engage in data load activities and spreadsheet server interactions as needed B.Tech/B.E. in IT, Mechanical or relevant specialization 810 years of proven experience in MES and Manufacturing ERP Consulting Strong hands-on skills in SQL and PLSQL scripting In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and bottleneck identification Ability to translate functional design into actionable development Clear communication and strong stakeholder engagement skills Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Working experience with Oracle Database, MES, and WMS technologies Understanding of Agile frameworks Experience with SAP Crystal Reports Familiarity with Spreadsheet Server Background in Injection Molding industry Data migration and load experience Whats in it for you Youll be at the forefront of modern manufacturing transformation, enabling global enterprises to operate more efficiently through smart ERP configurations and MES implementations.
