Job Title: Sr BI Developer (Tableau). Work Location: Hyderabad. Years of Experience: 5 to 8 Years Shift Timings: 3 PM to 12 AM Skill Set: Tableau 2024 Desktop & Server. Job Profile: We are looking for a highly skilled and certified Senior Tableau Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence and data visualization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Tableau dashboards that support strategic decision-making through compelling data storytelling. The candidate must be proficient with the latest Tableau 2024 (Desktop & Server) and possess strong SQL skills. Roles & Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements Ensure dashboards adhere to visualization best practices and provide actionable insights Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability Work with data teams to model and transform data for efficient reporting Manage and publish content on Tableau Server, ensuring proper access controls Monitor and troubleshoot dashboard issues and performance bottlenecks. Other Specifications: 4–6 years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop and Server, especially with Tableau 2024 Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis Solid understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices Experience with Tableau Server administration and content management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Tableau certification (Mandatory).
