Job Purpose Leads a team within one of the Installation & Construction discipline. Provides oversight and management of a team of engineers in achieving executional and strategic goals. Manages a team of up to 25 direct reports, comprising of engineering professionals of various experience and skill sets Staff organization with necessary talent, day to day management of projects and resources, and development of schedules, budgets and execution plans. Process Operator for the following: o Overall delivery of technical deliverables of the group o Leadership of technical issue resolution o Productive utilization and absorption of engineering resources o Prioritization and planning of engineering activities and deliverables o Technical talent management, engineering development Process Owner for the following: o Product/discipline engineering scope Accountable for engineering resource development, management and retention. Knowledge of design, manufacturing, inspection, auditing, calibration, data analysis techniques, and quality cost principles. Knowledge and experience with various API, ASME, ISO, NORSOK, ANSI codes and standards. Proficient in various productivity enhancement, scheduling, planning, and engineering management software and tools. Advanced analytical, problem solving, accuracy, attention to details, and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish deadlines for the team, manage priorities, and effectively achieve the goals in fast paced environment is critical.
