Java Developer Spring Boot | Microservices | Reactive Programming (WebFlux) Location: Chennai / Bangalore Experience: 6 to 12 Years Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Work Mode: Work from Office Job Overview: We are looking for experienced Java Developers with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Reactive Programming using WebFlux. This role provides the opportunity to work on highly scalable, enterprise-grade applications built with modern Java technologies in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, resilient microservices using Java 11+ and Spring Boot. Implement Reactive Programming using Spring WebFlux and Project Reactor. Build robust APIs and backend services integrating with internal and external systems. Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams across the full SDLC. Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and performance testing. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Technical Skills Required: Strong programming skills in Core Java (Java 11 or higher). Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud. Hands-on experience in Microservices development and deployment. Solid understanding of Reactive Programming, Spring WebFlux, Mono, and Flux. Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows. Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus. Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ is desirable. Proficient in tools such as Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Knowledge of containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
