Provide guidance on Agile methodologies (Scrum) best practices to improve program delivery efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in Program & Project Management or related field. Strong understanding of Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprin Cycle processes. Proficiency in Jira/Confluence software for tracking progress and managing projects.
