Key Responsibilities: SharePoint Development and Customization: Design, develop, and maintain modern SharePoint solutions using PowerShell, Graph API, C#, and SPFx . Customize SharePoint sites, including workflows, web parts, and site templates, to precisely meet evolving business requirements. Microsoft 365 Integration: Seamlessly integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services , ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient data flow across the ecosystem. Develop and maintain applications that enhance functionality within the M365 ecosystem using Microsoft Graph API . Automation and Scripting: Create and manage robust PowerShell scripts for automating SharePoint administrative tasks and deployment processes. Implement effective automation solutions to significantly improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Web Development: Develop web applications using ASP.Net and ensure their seamless integration with SharePoint environments. Utilize Python for backend development and complex data processing tasks, contributing to a comprehensive solution stack. Azure Integration: Develop and deploy SharePoint solutions on Azure , leveraging various cloud services for enhanced scalability and performance. Manage Azure resources effectively to ensure the optimal performance and availability of SharePoint applications hosted in the cloud. General Responsibilities: Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to thoroughly gather requirements and provide innovative technical solutions. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for all SharePoint-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption. Ensure the timely resolution of problems and maintain high availability of critical SharePoint services. Documentation and Training: Meticulously document development processes, configurations, and solutions for future reference and knowledge transfer. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users and team members on SharePoint functionalities and best practices. Skills and Qualifications: Total Years of Experience: 10+ years. Relevant Years of Experience: 6+ years in SharePoint development and customization. Mandatory Skills: SPFx . Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerShell, Graph API, C#, ASP.Net, SPFx, Python, and Azure . Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and various Microsoft 365 services. Experience: Proven experience with multi-agent frameworks (desirable). Demonstrated expertise in cloud integration. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
