Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program development and assessment. Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research projects and grant applications. Provide academic guidance and support to students. Skills and Qualifications MD or DNB in Biochemistry or a related field. 4-8 years of teaching experience in higher education, preferably in Biochemistry. Strong knowledge of biochemical principles and laboratory techniques. Proficiency in research methodologies and statistical analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teaching and collaboration. Ability to publish research findings and engage in scholarly activities.
