Role & responsibilities: To develop and maintain relationships with external customers and strive to get big sales contracts thereby helping the organization to grow and meet its objectives Principal Responsibility: Candidate should have minimum 7-15 years of working with Specifier Management in (Commercial/ Industry/Infra segment). Identify New Projects lead and relevant data from Consultants/Architect for the projects. Meet the project awardees (Electrical Contractors/Architects/Builder) and describe the product and organization. Marketing Activities like Plant Visits, In house seminars, Training etc. Lead generation, approvals, order conversion, client development is the main focus area. Hand to Hand working with sales team till the project executions 100% client mapping (Details of all upcoming/ongoing projects). Knowledge: Good geographical knowledge, Lighting design software Strong Product Knowledge. Additional Position Specification: 7-15 years of relevant experience in Specifier segment The candidate should possess a wining sales personality, good communication skills, negotiation/convincing skills, desire to succeed and achieve the sales goals.
