As a Piping Engineer at Hygenco, you will be part of a dynamic team supported by a leading renewable developer and EPC player. Our focus is on developing and deploying scaled-up, commercially attractive plants of Green Hydrogen and its derivatives. With a foundation built by industry professionals bringing in a combined 50+ years of international experience in Renewables, Industrial Front End Engineering and Design (FEED), Industrial Gases operations and safety, and Project finance/Private Equity, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the renewable energy sector. You should have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with an advanced degree or professional certification in piping engineering being a plus. Your experience should be related to Oil & gas, Green Ammonia, Green Hydrogen, Chemical, petrochemical Process Plant Piping Engineering, along with significant knowledge of International Standards. Ideally, you should have prior experience working on Plant 3D and Spec Editor, with administrative knowledge in Plant 3D being mandatory. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed plot plans, equipment layouts, piping layouts, isometric drawings, and piping plans under project specifications, codes, and standards. You will collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of piping systems with other plant components. It is essential that you have a strong knowledge of piping design principles, codes, standards, and best practices such as ASME B 31.3, 31.12, and related codes. Your experience in 3D modeling related to equipment, piping, civil/structures, and cable trays using AutoCAD Plant 3D will be valuable. You will be responsible for preparing various piping deliverables, conducting 3D model reviews, and generating material take-offs (MTOs) from related software. Additionally, you should be able to provide support to the site team during the construction phase, resolve site issues, and estimate manhours for outsourced engineering consultants. Your ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards governing piping design, installation, and operation will be crucial to the success of our projects at Hygenco.,
