You will be responsible for the role of a Service Coordinator at Ahmedabad location. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include logging customer calls from site inspection to service in CRM on priority, logging service complaints from customers in CRM on priority, preparing and sending escalation reports to concerned heads as per the instructions of the Reporting Manager, and adhering to the systems and policies of the company. The minimum job requirements for this position include being a graduate with at least 0-1 year of experience. You should have good verbal and written communication skills in English, be proficient in English and Hindi, and be able to quickly learn and adapt to work with a systemic approach.
