You should have a deep knowledge of sourcing processes, market trends, benchmarks, and best practices across categories under management. Attention to detail, decision-making skills, troubleshooting abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office365 are required. You should have 7-10 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing roles or allied fields. Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work autonomously and operate with significant autonomy. Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools, proven analytical skills, and demonstrated problem-solving abilities are necessary. As a Sourcing Executive at Nordex, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and aligning with global processes for creating and maintaining Purchase Orders. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Were looking for a driven and detail-oriented Executive Fabric Sourcing to join our product and sourcing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about textiles, curious about the backend of garment creation, and eager to learn the ropes of fabric and trims sourcing in a fast-paced D2C environment. Youll work closely with senior team members and vendors to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials that meet our quality and aesthetic standards.
