We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to lead our channel partner network and drive business growth through strategic alliances. Job Location: Thane Role & responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to generate leads and achieve sales targets. Candidate will be sourcing Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane Channel partners for Pune Projects. Coordinating on daily basis with the Channel Partners to generate the Business Leads. Channel Partner Management, Strong networking with the Channel Partners to achieve the set targets. Continuously build on the CP network to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them. Conduct daily meetings with Channel Partners to get business. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns. Monitor partner performance, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution of deals. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years of experience in managing channel sales in real estate industries.
