In this role, you will oversee the Employee Service Center, provide consultation on policies and processes to employees and managers, and support daily operations such as onboarding, induction, and employee query resolution. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating the HR Information system, identifying process-related challenges, and driving operational excellence within the team.
