Job Overview

Looking for a highly skilled solution/software architect to lead our development team in creating robust, secure, and scalable software solutions that meet project needs. You will be responsible for communicating with clients to determine their requirements, creating comprehensive solution plans, and leading a team of software engineers as they develop polished fi nal products. To be successful as a solution/software architect, you should be an expert problem solver with a strong understanding of the broad range of software technologies and platforms available.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute software solutions to address business issues
• Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform
• Collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance and end users to produce cutting-edge software solutions
• Interpret business requirements to articulate the business needs to be addressed
• Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Participate in pre-sales activities.
• Prepare and maintain intuitive ,detailed and relevant documents for proposed Architecture design
• Lead the integration of cybersecurity principles into all stages of web solution development, ensuring secure-by-design systems.
• Assess, identify, and mitigate risks across web applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies, recommending improvements to architecture and security posture accordingly.
• Establish and enforce standards for secure coding, architecture reviews, and threat modeling for all web-based projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• 8-12 years of overall experience with at least 4 years as a solution/software architect
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to build professional relationships with staff .
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience on working with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis , Nginx/Apache.
• Profi ciency in web technologies: JavaScript, Node.js, Python, PHP, or equivalent backend and frontend frameworks.
• Hands on experience on designing micro services based highly scalable applications.
• DevOPS : Git, Jenkins , SonarQube(nice to have) , Docker
• Good knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
• Cybersecurity knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of DNS, BGP , CEPH/GlusterFS , Linux Kernel Settings will be added advantage
• Strong experience designing and implementing secure, scalable web solutions, including cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with web application security, OWASP Top 10, threat modeling, and secure SDLC practices.
• Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, encryption, and vulnerability mitigation techniques.
• Expertise in cloud security, network security, and application security assessments.
• Any of the following certifi cations are nice to have.

Certifi ed Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Certifi ed Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)

Certifi ed Ethical Hacker (CEH)
