Role & responsibilities Client Engagement: Work closely with enterprise business teams to understand customer challenges and objectives, assess their requirements, quantify the value PhonePe brings to their business, and collaborate with the Business and Product/Engineering teams to deliver impactful, executive-level solutions and presentations that set us apart. Solution Design: Analyze client requirements and design innovative solutions for each business vertical that integrate with their existing systems and workflows. Implementation Assistance: Lead the implementation of solutions, working closely with technical teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the fintech space. Share insights with the team to refine product offerings. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and technology teams to align solutions with market demands and client needs. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for client projects, including requirements, design specifications, and user guides. Preferred candidate profile Masters degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. An engineering background with MBA is preferred. 3+ years of overall experience with 2+ years in a solutions consulting or technical pre-sales or product management role within the fintech industry is desirable. Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in fintech. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions to clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
