Solutions Architect

As a Digital Architect at FC India IT Architecture team, you will be responsible for providing advisory and technical consulting services across various initiatives such as product evaluations, security, architecture assessments, and integration considerations. Your role will involve defining optimum architecture solutions for experiments, proof of concepts, and production deployments on the Ford Credit Digital and eCommerce platform while ensuring alignment with Ford standards and the global value delivery framework. You will proactively lead and support enterprise architecture activities to guide the development and management of a portfolio of solutions, including projects, products, systems, infrastructure services, and application services. Your deep understanding of business goals, objectives, outcomes, capabilities, value-streams, and processes will enable you to provide leadership, analysis, and design tasks to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards. Your responsibilities will include understanding business drivers and capabilities, identifying enterprise system designs, working closely with product owners and managers to support future business requirements, integrating UI components with APIs and databases, transforming application designs into front-end code, and ensuring the robustness of the architectural runway throughout the product lifecycle. You should have experience in ReactJS, Spring Boot, API & Microservices, creating micro frontends using React JS, DevOps Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and security practices (SAST). Additionally, you will define principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns, translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, and provide deliverables to assess the impact of technology investments on the business and IT estate. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or Information Technology, at least 8 years of experience in IT solution development disciplines, recent experience as a Digital Enterprise/Solution Architect, expertise in UI/UX architecture, and familiarity with various technologies, platforms, and processing environments. Hands-on experience with NodeJS, ExpressJS, Angular, React, ReactNative, GraphQL, and cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure is desirable. GCP certification, knowledge of Salesforce Cloud, and an understanding of Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices will be advantageous for this position.,
