We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Solution Architect to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with globally distributed architecture teams to define best practices, establish design standards, and develop scalable, high-performing solutions for complex systems. This role involves close partnership with engineering leaders, product managers, and technical teams to guide decision-making and champion architectural excellence across the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-location architecture teams to define and enforce architectural best practices and standards for complex applications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering managers, and tech leads to drive strategic solutions and architectural consistency.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement tools, frameworks, and techniques to boost development productivity and improve software design quality.
• Actively engage in identifying and resolving architectural challenges, ensuring long-term technical sustainability.
• Maintain deep technical expertise through continuous learning, exploring emerging technologies, and sharing knowledge with peers.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 1015 years of hands-on development experience with JVM-based languages such as Java, Scala, or Kotlin.
• Proven expertise in designing robust APIs and implementing modern software architectural patterns.
• Solid understanding of functional programming principles and design best practices.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and related open-source technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with high scalability and performance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in high-scale startups or leading product organizations.
• Familiarity with centralized architecture governance models and practices.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects is a plus.
