You will be working at YES (Yield Engineering Systems, Inc.), a prominent manufacturer of reliable, high-tech, and cost-effective capital equipment that operates at the nanoscale level. YES caters to a wide range of customers, from startups to Fortune 50 companies, helping them develop innovative products that impact various sectors such as cellphones, IoT devices, AI, virtual reality, and diagnostic tests for COVID. As an Electrical Engineer I based in Bengaluru, India, your primary responsibility will involve handling technical assignments related to the design and development of semiconductor capital equipment and other industrial machinery. You will leverage your expertise in areas such as AC/DC power distribution, automation & PLC control systems, and digital/analog interface & cabling interconnection. Key Skills: - Demonstrating the ability to learn quickly. - Collaborating effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds to drive product development. - Conducting electrical hand calculations including load analysis, SCCR Calculation, Phase balance, etc. - Proficiency in power distribution & control systems. - Utilizing lab skills for measurements using various instruments. - Familiarity with electrical drafting (SLD, three-line diagram). - Ability to interpret ANSI/IEC electrical schematics. - Experience with software tools for electrical design such as SolidWorks/AutoCAD. - Knowledge of LT Panels, special-purpose machines, industrial interfaces, and semiconductor manufacturing processes is an added advantage. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. - 1-3 years of relevant work experience. - Willingness to take on new challenges. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Attention to detail.
