It is essential to represent QA in design, functional requirements, and code reviews. Taking ownership and pride in the quality of the product is a key aspect of this role. In terms of technical knowledge, the candidate should have some experience in Software/Hardware testing. It is important to have the ability to comprehend various applications involved in the end-to-end process. Experience in writing test automation is a must, along with exposure to HTML/Javascript technologies. Attention to detail and a passion for identifying bugs are desirable traits for this position. The ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities is necessary.
