Software Tester

As a Software Tester, your primary responsibilities will include identifying, analyzing, and troubleshooting software defects. You will be expected to have a good understanding of various testing techniques and be adept at using relevant tools for test automation and management. Effective communication with developers and other team members is crucial in this role. You will also be responsible for assessing the software's ease of use and user-friendliness, as well as identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs. Developing and maintaining automated tests to enhance testing efficiency and coverage will be a key part of your job. Additionally, you will be involved in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and specifications. It will be essential for you to prepare comprehensive reports on test results, defect status, and overall software quality.
