Role & responsibilities . Procurement & Vendor Management Source and evaluate suppliers for IT products (hardware, SOFTWARE , licenses, networking, services). Obtain and analyze techno-commercial offers, and share vendor comparisons. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules. 2. Technical Evaluation & Coordination Coordinate with Sales department & IT department End to End for product specifications and compatibility. Assess technical specifications shared by vendors and compare alternatives. Ensure all purchases meet the Customer technical requirements. 3. Commercial Analysis Analyze price trends, payment terms, and vendor credit capabilities. Ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money in all procurements. 4. Delivery & Documentation Track and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely availability. Handle escalation in case of delivery delays or quality issues. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of IT products laptops, desktops, servers, networking, software, etc. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to understand and interpret technical documents . Attention to detail and organizational skills ( TO UPGRADE) Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems. Qualification & Experience: Bachelors degree in Engineering / IT / Commerce (preferred). 3-6 years of experience in IT procurement & techno-commercial roles.
