Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Previous experience in educational technology or a related industry would be advantageous. Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps is preferred, along with proven experience as a QA analyst or in a similar role. Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices, combined with a detail-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills, will contribute to your success in this role.
