Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

The Software Engineers are ultimately responsible for defining and implementing a robust, scalable, pragmatic and realistic accounting solution that works for our Organisation and our clients. This will include the following responsibilities:

• Design and implement accounting solutions which are secure, scalable, resilient, monitored, auditable and cost-optimised.
• Write Infrastructure as Code using industry-standard tools and services.
• Design and implement continuous delivery pipelines that serve the purpose of provisioning and operating both client test and production environments.
• Provide systems support

Preferred candidate profile

Work experience of at least 5 years

• Should have a good command over Oracle, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and API concepts
• Should have good experience in Performance Tuning.
• Over 5+ years or more of project experience developing client servers.
• Project experience related to Financial Applications would be an added advantage.

Good to have, but not mandatory

• Good working knowledge of Jasper reports, API concept, Java and Oracle APEX
• Practical experience running and configuring middleware products (WebLogic)
