Software Engineer I A - GBS IND

You will be responsible for building FinTech solutions for banking, trading, and finance across all segments of the global market. This includes developing award-winning web & mobile applications, data science and analytics, complex event processing, cloud solutions, low latency applications, and responsive experiences. Your main responsibilities will involve working with global development teams and business partners across the USA, UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific to capture and translate business/functional requirements for banking, trading, and markets. You should have strong problem-solving and quantitative skills to design and architect solutions based on requirements or innovative ideas. The development of software will be done in agile and iterative cycles using continuous improvement tools and techniques. Testing software using test-driven development and embedded QA teams, as well as identifying, escalating, and resolving incidents and issues, will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will participate in innovation programs, developer forums, and Hackathons. Good written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude are essential for this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a background in Any Graduation/Post Graduation with 2-5 years of experience. Foundational skills required include Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, good understanding of frameworks, strong knowledge and experience with complex SQL queries, and data analysis, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Desired skills include knowledge of financial services and Global Markets, excellent written and verbal communication skills. The work timings are from 11 AM to 8 PM, and the job location options include Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Gandhinagar.,
