Must have:
.5+ years of hands on Mainframe experience in JCL, COBOL, DB2, IMS DB and DC, Expeditor, File AID. .Excellent Analytical ability and lateral thinking ability.. .Excellent written and oral communication skills.. .Work with culturally diverse distributed teams. .

Nice to have:
.Knowledge in Java and integration between Java and Mainframe.

MCA

Essential:
Exposure or Experience of the following technologies: JCL, COBOL, DB2, IMS DB and DC, Expeditor, File AID. Proven track record of delivery as a Mainframe expert. Ability to design, problem solve and deliver high critical application development and support activities. Strong all-round communication skills (written / presentation, one-to-one / group) Ability to take the initiative and operate with autonomy to plan and prioritize work Strong drive for high quality performance and value add results Demonstrated commitment to quality and delivery timing Ability to handle multiple assignments with minimal direction Experience working within global teams and alongside Agile/PDO development teams / environments Appreciation of processes and architectural standards required in large organizations Desired: - Experience of Ford GCP Your Behaviours: Collaborative with a passion for building inclusive team cultures Proactive with the ability to flourish independently Flexibility when working with complex projects including multi-tasking
