Project Role : Software Development Engineer Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work. Must have skills : Japanese Language Good to have skills : NAMinimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BTech or 15 years of full time Education Summary :As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve working with Japanese language, performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Roles & Responsibilities:- Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients.- Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features.- Ensure the code is scalable, maintainable, and meets the requirements of the project.- Engage in daily verbal and written communication with Japanese clients and Accenture Japan to collaboratively perform tasks.- Work in Japan shift timings and execute tasks according to specified procedures and timelines, escalating issues when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Project Management experience- Preferred technical skill :Database, Web development- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese (Certification level-N2 & above only), MS Office skills like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.- Good To Have Skills: Experience in software development.- Ability to engage in logical conversations.- Strong understanding of software development life cycle.- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable code.
