As a Software Developer at our fast-growing SaaS company focused on building innovative cloud-based solutions, your primary responsibility will be to develop, enhance, and maintain custom applications within the Google Workspace ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and maintain custom applications using Google Apps Script and Google Workspace APIs such as Gmail, Sheets, Calendar, Docs, and Drive. - Build integrations between Google Workspace and third-party SaaS applications through REST APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth 2.0. - Automate internal workflows and optimize SaaS platform operations using Google Workspace tools to drive efficiency. - Collaborate closely with product managers and fellow developers to understand functional requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. - Debug, test, and support existing scripts and integrations to enhance reliability and performance. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices to ensure scalability and ease of maintenance. Required Skills: - 2 to 3 years of hands-on development experience. - Strong expertise in JavaScript and Google Apps Script. - Proven track record of working with Google Workspace tools and APIs. - Experience in integrating third-party applications through APIs. - Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, JSON, and RESTful services. - Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment. Good to Have: - Experience in developing Google Workspace Add-ons. - Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Firebase, or AppSheet. - Knowledge of SaaS product development lifecycle. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
