Job Role:

• Conduct engaging training sessions on soft skills such as communication, leadership, time management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Customize and deliver content to meet the learning needs of different audiences.
• Assess and track the progress of participants to ensure learning objectives are met.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in soft skills training
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamTraining certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

Freelancer / Full-Time

Type:

On-site or Remote (as per project requirement)
