Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to develop and deliver high-impact training sessions focused on essential interpersonal and professional development skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing employees' communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities through interactive and experiential learning methods. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience as a soft skills trainer, corporate trainer, or similar role. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. Ability to engage a diverse audience and adapt training style accordingly. Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
