Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver effective soft skills training to youth, focused on making them placement-ready
Conduct sessions on communication skills, interview skills, workplace etiquette, teamwork, time management, and other professional skills
Design engaging training content, modules, and activities tailored to different learning styles
Motivate and mentor trainees to build confidence and improve overall personality development
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and personal development workshops
Track and evaluate training outcomes and provide regular feedback to learners
Coordinate with the placement team to ensure training aligns with industry expectations

Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong facilitation and public speaking abilities
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering youth
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Good organizational and time management skills
