The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for launching advertisements, creating and researching content to increase brand awareness, and monitoring the company's social media presence. Your role will involve coordinating with the category team, sports marketing, and creative team to plan and design the social media calendar. Additionally, you will interact with the agency for website assets and performance, along with the design and creative team. You will be tasked with building social media campaigns to drive traffic to the website and create awareness of the new category. You will run in-house performance campaigns and collaborate with the agency to generate sales and drive traffic. You will also be involved in YouTube content planning and running YouTube ads for awareness and website traffic. Your responsibilities will include owning overall traffic delivery and customer acquisition, as well as effective communication with cross-functional teams. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital agency or ad agency. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required. You should possess an excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, experience with business-to-customer social media, and content generation.
