Key Responsibilities: Generate, qualify, and engage leads using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator Plan and execute targeted, personalized outreach campaigns Email Marketing Track performance metrics, test variations, and optimize messaging Collaborate closely with the sales or recruitment teams to align outreach efforts Maintain accurate records of interactions via CRM tools Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach (sales or talent acquisition) Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and tools like Lemlist, Expandi, or HubSpot Strong written and verbal communication skills Hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot) Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently LinkedIn Engagement / Post (Add Connections) Manage / Schedule Exhibitions and Events Manage Social Media Posts Content Writer / Creators Email Marketing Collaborations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Do you have experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
