Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our client s products/ services. They will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, social media reach, and acquiring leads/customers. This individual will also manage our social media team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute Meta and Google Ads, Digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various platforms. Lead and manage a team of digital marketers and social media executives. Guide team members during project execution, ensuring deadlines are met. Develop project roadmaps and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Google and Meta Ads. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
