Social Media & Enquiry Handler (Female – Fresher)

Role Overview

About the Role:

Sree Nakoda Bangles is jewellery business located in Coimbatore. We are looking for a female fresher or college student who is comfortable with smartphones, can manage WhatsApp activities, and assist with basic order handling.

You will play an important role in sharing product content, replying to customers, and helping with packing/dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Click clear product photos and videos using mobile camera
• Post updates in our WhatsApp Community groups daily
• Handle customer enquiries and order messages on WhatsApp
• Help with packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintain basic records (order list, names, tracking, etc.)

Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, and type in English
• Must understand and speak Tamil fluently (for team & customer coordination)
• Should know how to use WhatsApp, phone camera, and basic phone tools
• Must be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn new tasks

Work Environment:

• Office is on the 3rd floor, Raja Street, Coimbatore
• Calm, clean workspace with a small friendly team
• No walk-in customers — all work is backend and online-focused
