Social Media Content Strategist / Copy Writer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop creative concepts, content plans, and copy for social media campaigns, reels, ads, and branded content2. Write platform-specific, scroll-stopping captions that reflect the brand voice and resonate with target audiences3. Work closely with design, performance, and client servicing teams to bring campaign ideas to life4. Personalize brand communication to feel more human, contextual, and culturally relevant5. Repurpose content across platforms with a deep understanding of what works on each (Instagram vs. LinkedIn vs. YouTube)6. Identify real-time trends and turn them into moment marketing or meme-based content with quick turnaround7. Think creatively and conceptually without heavily relying on AI tools originality is key8. Conduct content audits and strategy reviews for existing brands to identify gaps and opportunities9. Take ownership of content calendars and delivery timelines across multiple clientsRequirements:1. Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or a related field2. 1-3 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or digital marketing3. Exceptional writing and editing skills in English with a flair for storytelling4. Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and tone5. Experience in moment marketing, meme marketing, and crafting reactive, real-time content6. Ability to ideate independently, think outside the box, and generate original content7. A portfolio of work that demonstrates conceptual thinking and impactful writing8. Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is a plusGood to Have:1. Experience writing scripts for short-form videos and reels2. Hands-on with content planning tools like Trello, Notion, or Buffer3. Prior agency experience.
