Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Platform Social Media Management

• Platforms:

  YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Pinterest

• Upload & schedule posts: Reels, Shorts, Stories, Carousels, Videos
• Daily community engagement and brand presence building
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar
  

AI Tools & Automation

• Use

  AI tools

  (e.g. ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Canva AI, etc.) for content creation
• Leverage AI for scriptwriting, captions, idea generation, and analytics
• Automate basic workflows and scheduling where possible
  

Video & Content Creation

• Work with design/video editors or create simple content using tools like

  CapCut, VN, Canva

• Optimize videos with SEO-based titles, descriptions, and tags
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone and target audience
  

Growth & Promotions

• Plan & execute campaigns, contests, and promotional strategies
• Manage brand collaborations, barter deals, and influencer outreach
• Use organic and paid growth tactics to expand audience reach
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance using platform insights and AI-powered dashboards
• Report weekly/monthly KPIs: reach, engagement, follower growth, video views
• Adjust strategies based on data to improve ROI
  

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in professional social media management
• Strong knowledge of content formats, platform algorithms & digital trends
• Proficient with

  social SEO, hashtags, reels optimization, and community building

• Comfortable using AI tools and learning new ones
• Highly organized, creative, and detail-focused
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads)
• Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge
• Familiarity with automation and scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, etc.)
