About the Role

We're looking for a smart and enthusiastic Content Creator who lives and breathes social media. If you know what clicks on Instagram, what works on LinkedIn, and how to turn a casual scroll into a click or a like — you’re the one. Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
• Design compelling graphics, mockups, and visual creatives for posts, reels, stories, carousels, etc.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content
• Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Lumen5, Descript, etc.) to speed up content ideation, creation, and scheduling
• Manage and maintain posting calendars, ensuring consistency and timeliness across all platforms
• Work with the team to brainstorm campaign ideas, content hooks, and storytelling formats
• Stay up to date with current trends, memes, reels, and platform updates

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.)
• Knowledge of basic video shooting/editing techniques
• Comfort with AI-powered tools for content and design
• A good eye for aesthetics, tone, and audience behavior across platforms
• Strong written communication and creative storytelling ability
• Ability to multi-task and turn around projects quickly

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with tools like Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
• Experience creating content for brands, influencers, or campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,804.57 - ₹26,068.15 per month
