We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes content — someone who is always ahead of the trends, understands what works, and knows how to make people stop scrolling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create thumb-stopping content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more including reels, stories, carousels, and shorts.
• Stay on top of the latest social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates and translate them into engaging content.
• Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form video content using raw footage from our team (no external models involved).
• Write punchy, relatable captions with strong hooks and calls-to-action.
• Develop monthly content calendars with relevant themes, hashtags, and ideas.
• Collaborate with the design, sales, and operations teams to ensure messaging is aligned.
• Track content performance and recommend creative improvements to boost reach and engagement.

You Should Have:

• A solid grasp of what’s trending on social media from viral audio to content formats and meme culture.
• Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• A portfolio of content (especially reels or short-form video) you’ve created.
• Excellent written communication in English.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and algorithm behavior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,864.48 - ₹15,000.00 per month
