As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in product development and roadmap execution. You will be responsible for owning specific product tracks such as Carry UI, Cash Management Dashboards, or Participation Plans. Your tasks will include translating business case insights into Minimum Viable Product (MVP) specifications and user journeys, collaborating with IT, data, and design teams for seamless releases, and prioritizing features based on commercial value and client readiness. Additionally, you will engage in strategic planning and market sensing activities, conducting stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, and research to identify market needs. You will create business cases, present findings to senior leadership, and stay abreast of industry trends impacting GPs, LPs, and Fund Admins in the Alternatives space. Your role will also involve project sponsorship and governance, where you will evaluate internal project ideas, define scope and success metrics, and oversee risk identification and resource gaps. Furthermore, you will collaborate with UX/UI teams to provide clear product requirements and ensure client-facing modules are intuitive and brand-aligned. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field, with a specialization in Software Product Management being advantageous. You should have 8-14 years of experience in Alternatives Fund Administration as a Product Manager, particularly in Private Equity, Real Assets, or Private Credit. Strong knowledge of fund accounting workflows, capital activity processing, and exposure to fund admin platforms like Investran or Yardi are essential. Your success in this role will be supported by your strong communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and experience in writing business cases and product documentation. You should be commercially minded, comfortable in global environments, and capable of driving local ownership and accountability effectively. As a Collaboration Engineer, you will join the Business Technology's (BT) Collaboration Team, which is responsible for connecting the workforce through digital technologies. About the Role In this role you will deliver outstanding Collaboration service to the enterprise demonstrating our SaaS product suite which comprises of Slack, Google Workspace, O365 (Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams) and other smaller applications like Miro and Smartsheets. Responsibilities: Implement best practices & standards and governance controls for the services. Create and maintain technical support and process documentation. Build and implement new products and features aligned with the roadmap. Develop, test, and implement processes with a focus on automation. Collaborate closely with Workday's IT engineering and security organizations, ensuring compliance with all audits and policies. Performance monitoring and proactive correction of problems. Use technical experience, professional concepts, and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Rotating on call duties as required. About You Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in administration Collaboration technologies such as Slack, Google Workspaces, O365 and others. Fluent with at least one of the following scripting languages such as PowerShell, MS Graph, JavaScript or others. Domain expertise in Google Workspaces Environment, Google Drives, Slack, Exchange Online or similar technologies. Other Qualifications: Experience working with ServiceNow for ITSM. ITIL certification is a plus. Expert in identifying gaps and finding solutions. Microsoft, Google or Slack product certifications are a plus.
