Smartcomm Lead

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidates who are expertise with 8+ years at Cloud, SmartComm, JAVA API.
  

• Project Oversight:

  Lead SmartComm migration efforts, including planning, execution, and delivery aligned with project goals.

• Requirement Gathering & Design:

  Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into SmartComm design specifications.

• Template & Data Migration:

  Oversee migration of templates and data models from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Development Supervision:

  Guide SmartComm configuration and development (templates, layouts, data models, integrations) following best practices.

• System Integration & Testing:

  Coordinate SIT/UAT and ensure proper integration with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., CRM, DMS).

• Team & Stakeholder Management:

  Manage development teams, assign tasks, review work, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Post-Go-Live Support:

  Lead production deployment, monitor performance, and support stabilization and knowledge transfer.

• Documentation:

  Maintain clear documentation for design, configurations, and migration activities.

Requirements

SmartCOMM Lead Skillset (8+ Years)

Core Platform Expertise

• SmartCOMM (formerly Thunderhead)

• Document composition, template design, and data modeling
  
• Experience with SmartCOMM Communication Design (Interactive, Batch, On-Demand)
  
• Familiarity with

  SmartCOMM Designer

  ,

  Conversation Builder

  , and

  Template Editor

• Hands-on experience with SmartCOMM APIs (Document generation, delivery, status)
  

Cloud Technologies

• Experience deploying SmartCOMM on

  AWS

  ,

  Azure

  , or

  GCP

• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and

  microservices-based deployments

• Familiarity with

  containerization (Docker)

  and

  orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)

• Working with

  CI/CD pipelines

  (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with cloud storage and data integration (e.g., S3, Azure Blob, GCS)
  

Java & API Development

• Strong Java/J2EE background

  for building integrations and backend services
• Development and integration of

  RESTful APIs

  and

  SOAP services

• Experience with

  Spring Boot

  and

  Microservices Architecture

• API security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)
  

Data & Integration

• XML/XSLT, JSON data structures
  
• Hands-on experience in data mapping and schema transformation

DevOps & Tools
