Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently As a Kore.ai Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining chatbots and virtual assistants using the Kore.ai platform. Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and virtual assistants using the Kore.ai platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives. Customize and configure Kore.ai bots to meet specific business needs and integration requirements. Integrate chatbots with various third-party applications and systems using APIs. Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to enhance bot capabilities and for conversational AI. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Extensive knowledge of the Kore.ai platform and its features, including bot development, customization, and integration capabilities. Test and debug chatbots to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Monitor and maintain deployed chatbots, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary updates and enhancements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in conversational AI and apply them to improve existing solutions.
