As an Infoscion, your primary responsibility within the Infosys consulting team is to address customer issues effectively by diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring successful deployment to achieve client satisfaction. You will be involved in developing proposals, contributing to solution design, planning configuration activities, conducting pilots, and resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting solution demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and preparing effort estimates aligning with customer budgetary constraints and organizational financial guidelines. Leading small projects, contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives, and delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers are key aspects of your role. The technical requirements for this position include defining, developing, documenting, and maintaining architectural blueprints. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, with expertise in end-to-end SAP CAR implementation or rollout. Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring SAP CAR POSDTA, assisting with requirement gathering, developing functional specifications, and reviewing developments within SAP CAR is essential. Strong integration skills with POS and e-commerce applications, knowledge of CAR landscape design, data consumption, integration, inbound and outbound processes, SAP PO systems integration, and experience with SLT system are also required. Familiarity with OAA (Omnichannel Article Availability) and various modules within the CAR system, as well as expertise in collecting, cleansing, and centralizing customer and POS data in real-time with SAP CAR, are crucial. Moreover, additional responsibilities include possessing industry domain knowledge, client interfacing skills, and project and team management capabilities. The location of the posting will be at Infosys Ltd, with various openings available in different locations across India, such as Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh, Mysore, Kolkata, Trivandrum, Indore, Nagpur, Mangalore, Noida, Bhubaneswar, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Jaipur, Hubli, and Vizag. While assignments are based on business requirements, efforts will be made to accommodate location preferences whenever feasible. Preferred skills for this role include expertise in SAP Industry Solution (specifically SAP CAR) and relevant technology knowledge related to SAP Industry Solution (SAP CAR).,
