Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team handling Property & Casualty Insurance processes Oversee daily operations , ensuring team KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are met Prepare and analyze MIS reports , daily/weekly performance metrics Drive process improvement and maintain compliance with insurance regulations Manage team schedules, appraisals, and performance evaluations Provide coaching and support to team members for continuous improvement Communicate effectively with stakeholders across regions and functions Requirements: Minimum 7+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance At least 2 years of team handling experience Strong communication and people management skills Prior experience in BPO/KPO setup preferred Hands-on experience in process management and reporting Comfortable working in US rotational shifts How to Apply: If you meet the above requirements and are looking to join a growing team, apply now or contact us for more details.
