As a Demand Planning Cloud and Oracle SCM Implementation Specialist, your role will involve demonstrating expertise in Demand Planning Cloud and OM Module Implementation. You will be responsible for documenting business requirements, liaising with other teams, and coordinating with offshore teams. Your role will also include client-facing activities, conducting Fit Gap analysis, Solutioning, Design, and taking the lead on business and solution discussions. You will be expected to conduct Milestone Testing, manage client and business discussions, and handle testing activities independently when required. Additionally, you will be involved in activities such as Cutover, Conversions, Go Live, and providing production support. Your role will require you to visualize dependencies, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions effectively. An excellent understanding of the SDLC process is essential for this role. You should have a strong grasp of overall Supply Chain Management (SCM) functional areas to support business and client requirements. Your responsibilities will include recommending solution approaches, documenting detailed design frameworks, and managing System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business training, and testing support. Experience with Oracle SCM implementation and rollout will be beneficial. Effective communication, stakeholder management, strong consultation skills, and experience in implementing significant transformation projects are crucial for success in this role. Exposure to Supply Planning and SCM module skills will be advantageous.,
