Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction site operations. You will manage labour teams, ensure quality work delivery within stipulated timelines, maintain site inventory, and coordinate with project managers, vendors, and the sales team. The ideal candidate should be quality-driven, flexible, and skilled at managing multiple moving parts to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Labour Management:
• Monitor attendance and maintain accurate records.
• Manage payment details and provide on-the-job training.
• Track performance and ensure high productivity.
• Site Operations:
• Provide daily work updates and ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain site safety and quality standards.
• Handle on-site challenges and implement solutions promptly.
• Inventory & Materials:
• Maintain a material list and track site inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for material orders and deliveries.
• Ensure timely and proper handling of materials.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Collect necessary signatures for billing and maintain site records.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and delivery partners.
• Manage operations for new clients and support cross-team initiatives.
• Mobility & Flexibility:
• Work at multiple site locations as needed.
• Must have a valid driving license for site commutes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in site supervision or construction operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory and material management.
• Ability to manage labour and site operations effectively.
• Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
• Flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
