Site Supervisor & Maintenance Coordinator Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Supervision: o Oversee daily operations at the construction site to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. o Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labourers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. o Coordinate materials delivery and manage site resources to avoid any delays or interruptions. o Regularly communicate with project managers and architects regarding project timelines, budget adherence, and any changes in scope. o Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address issues promptly. 2. Bungalow Maintenance: o Manage routine maintenance and repair tasks for bungalows, including plumbing, electrical, and structural issues. o Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance tasks to keep the property in optimal condition. o Ensure that all maintenance work meets quality standards and is completed on time. o Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair and maintenance services when required. 3. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising construction sites, particularly in residential projects or bungalows. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with an eye for detail. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Basic understanding of maintenance tasks related to electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
