Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor (Civil Engineer) to oversee daily site operations for our construction projects pan India. . The ideal candidate will ensure the work is executed as per approved designs, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Roles & responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities for civil construction works Ensure execution of tasks as per structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications Coordinate with engineers, contractors, architects, and vendors for smooth site operations Monitor site progress and provide daily updates to the project management team Conduct material inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to standards Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, attendance, and material records Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and statutory guidelines Resolve site-related issues in collaboration with the management team Oversee subcontractors and labor teams to ensure timely completion of work Participate in project handover, snag rectification, and closure processes Preferred candidate profile Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering 25 years of experience in site supervision for civil construction projects Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project execution Ability to read technical drawings and ensure precise on-site implementation Familiarity with safety norms and site regulations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel to project sites across India as per business requirements
