SITE SUPERVISORJob Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site activities for our interior fit-out and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, quality control, and smooth coordination between workers, vendors, designers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and workers.
Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings, design, and specifications.
Track and manage materials, tools, and labor to avoid delays.
Communicate project progress and challenges to project managers and office team.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety and cleanliness.
Handle site measurements, minor layout markings, and snag rectifications.
Ensure timely handover and closure of projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
