Oversee daily operations on-site, including labour control, material management, and equipment maintenance. Ensure site safety by monitoring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe working environment. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in civil engineering or related field (freshers can apply). Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Experience in residential/commercial/industrial construction project
